Consul General Ramis Sen was born in Edirne, Turkey in 1973.
He received his Undergraduate Degree at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University.
He received his Master’s Degree at Westminster University in London .
He attended the ‘’Foreign Service Programme’’ of Oxford University
He started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1997.
